Educational Qualification:
| Consultant (Admin) | Candidates must have passed a Graduation or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University. |
| Medical Consultant & Research Associate | Candidates must have passed a Post graduate degree in the Siddha system of medicine from a CCIM-recognized Institution or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University. |
| Program Assistant | Candidates must have passed BSMS/MD (Siddha) in the Siddha system of medicine from a CCIM recognized Institution or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University. |
| Senior Research Fellow (Publication) | Candidates must have passed MSc in Life Science or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with at least 2 years’ duration in processing of scientific articles/ research article publications/ online management of Journals. |
| Pharmacist & Office – Assistant | Candidates must have passed 12th in Science and Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy or Diploma in Siddha (Pharmacy) the equivalent from a recognized Board or University. |
| Electrician | Candidates must have passed a Degree or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University. |
| Office Assistant | Candidates must have passed a Degree/ PG degree in Hindi as one of the subjects or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University. |
| Therapist | Candidates must have passed a 12th in Science and Diploma in Nursing therapy (in Indian system of Medicine) of a minimum of two years duration, with Siddha as one of the subjects, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University. |
| Multi Tasking Attendant (MTA) | Candidates must have passed 12th or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University. |
| House Keeping | Candidates must have passed 10th or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University. |
